What the Agenda does

The Agenda is LeadHive's internal calendar for any timed event tied to your real estate work — property viewings, client callbacks, OTP signings, mandate meetings, and general follow-ups. Each item can optionally link to a contact and/or a property so the rest of LeadHive understands the context.

Agenda items can also mirror to Google Calendar per event if you have connected Google. See Calendar Integration for the connection flow.

Add an agenda item

1. Open the Agenda tab from the navigation.
2. Click the + button to open the new event dialog.
3. Set a title, start time, and end time.
4. Optionally link a contact, a property, or both.
5. Set a reminder window (e.g. 30 minutes before) if you want a notification.
6. Toggle Mirror to Google Calendar to also create the event there.
7. Save.

Reminders

Each agenda item can carry a reminder_minutes_before value. When the reminder window opens, LeadHive fires both an in-app notification and a browser notification (assuming you granted the permission). The reminder fires once and then flips an internal notified flag so you do not get spammed every page load.

Mirror to Google Calendar

Mirroring is opt-in per event, not all-or-nothing. When the toggle is on:

• The event is created in your connected Google Calendar with the same title, time, and a description that includes the linked contact and property.
• Edits to the event in LeadHive propagate to Google Calendar — title changes, time changes, deletion.
• The Google event ID is stored on the agenda item so the sync stays accurate even after reschedules.

Mirroring requires that you have connected Google Calendar via OAuth. If Google is not connected, the toggle is hidden.

Today on the dashboard

The Today section of the dashboard shows two things side by side:

• Today's CRM agenda items (everything scheduled for today inside LeadHive).
• Today's events from your connected Google Calendar.

Tapping an agenda entry opens the linked contact or property directly. Tapping a Google-only event opens the source event in Google Calendar.

iCal subscribe link

If you'd rather not grant LeadHive write access to your Google Calendar, every account also exposes a read-only iCal feed at /cal/<token>.ics. Subscribe to that URL from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any RFC 5545 client to surface your LeadHive agenda inside your existing calendar app. See the Calendar Integration page for the subscribe steps.

Editing and deleting

Open any agenda item to edit any field. Delete from the item's overflow menu — this also removes the mirrored event from Google Calendar if mirroring was on.
