How partner sharing works

A partner link connects your account with one other agent's account. Once linked, you can share individual contacts, properties, and shared categories with that partner. Sharing is item-level — you pick what to share, and only those items become visible to the partner.

Shared items appear on the partner's side with a Shared badge and are read-only. The partner can see all the detail but cannot edit or delete your items. Reverse for items they share with you.

Create a partner link

1. Open the avatar menu in the top-right corner and select Partner.
2. On the Partner screen, click Generate Invite Code.
3. Share the generated code with the agent you want to partner with — over WhatsApp, email, or however suits you.
4. When they paste the code into their own Partner screen and click Redeem, the link activates immediately.

Redeem someone else's code

1. Open the avatar menu and select Partner.
2. Paste the invite code into the Redeem field.
3. Click Redeem. The link is now active in both directions.

Share a contact or property

1. Open the Contacts tab (or the Properties tab).
2. Drag the card you want to share onto the Shared tab in the tab bar.
3. The card immediately appears on your partner's side with a Shared badge.

Drag the card back out of the Shared tab — or use the card's overflow menu — to un-share. Removal takes effect for your partner immediately.

Multi-select sharing

Need to share a batch? Click the first card, then Shift+click the last card to select a range. Drag the selection onto the Shared tab to share them all at once.

Linked WhatsApp conversations auto-share

When you share a contact, any WhatsApp conversation linked to that contact is shared automatically. The matching is done by normalised phone number (non-numeric characters stripped), so +27 82 123 4567 and 0821234567 resolve to the same chat.

Shared categories

For larger groupings — "Sandton listings", "Q2 buyers", "Cape Town landlords" — create a shared category:

1. On the Partner screen, click New shared category.
2. Name the category.
3. Add items in bulk: pick contacts and/or properties to include.

The category appears on both sides of the partner link. Add or remove items at any time — changes propagate immediately.

Revoke the link

Open the Partner screen and click Revoke link to end the partnership. All shared visibility stops immediately on both sides — your partner can no longer see your shared items, and you can no longer see theirs. The underlying contacts, properties, and WhatsApp chats remain in their original owners' accounts; only the cross-visibility disappears.
