Trial, EFT reference, and account status
LeadHive uses a manual EFT billing model. Trial activation is self-service; paid status is reconciled by the LeadHive admin after your EFT clears.
Trial
Brand-new accounts land on the Subscription screen straight after profile completion. You can also reach it any time from the avatar menu → Subscription.
- Click Start 30-Day Free Trial on the Subscription screen.
- Trial activates immediately — full access to property management, contacts, deals, voice, WhatsApp, and the rest.
- The trial countdown shows in the avatar menu and on the Subscription screen itself.
The trial covers all paid features — there is no "trial-but-limited" tier. The only thing the trial does not give you is permanent access after day 30.
When the trial ends
When day 30 closes:
- Your data is preserved. Properties, contacts, deals, WhatsApp history — everything stays in your account.
- Feature access is gated. The Subscription screen replaces most tabs until your account is marked paid.
- Your payment reference appears. A unique EFT reference is shown on the Subscription screen so you can pay.
Finding your payment reference
Each account has a unique EFT payment reference. It's generated lazily — you'll see it on the Subscription screen once the trial ends, or at any time from the same screen if you've already been through that flow.
- Open the avatar menu.
- Select Subscription.
- Copy the displayed reference.
Making a payment
Use the reference as the reference field on your EFT (not the recipient name, the reference line). Once the payment clears and the LeadHive admin reconciles it against your account, your subscription is marked active and full access returns.
Contact support if your subscription has not been activated within 24 hours of your EFT clearing. Include the reference code you used.
Subscription states
- Trial — within the 30-day window. Full access.
- Active — paid and reconciled. Full access.
- Lapsed — trial ended or paid period ended, no fresh payment recorded yet. Gated.
- None — no trial started, no payment. Sign-up state only.
No automatic card charge
LeadHive does not store card details and does not auto-charge. Every paid period requires a fresh EFT — there is no rolling subscription. This keeps the billing surface area small and gives you full control over when you pay.
