Create your LeadHive account, complete your profile, and start your free trial in a few minutes.
Create your account
LeadHive uses a passwordless login system. Registration requires only your email address — no passwords to remember.
- Navigate to the LeadHive app URL provided by your administrator.
- Click Register on the login screen.
- Enter your email address and submit the form.
- Check your inbox for a magic link email from LeadHive. This link expires after 10 minutes.
- Click the link in the email. You will be redirected to the LeadHive dashboard and logged in automatically.
Magic links expire after 10 minutes. If yours has expired, return to the login screen and request a new one by entering your email again.
Complete your profile
On your first login, LeadHive will prompt you to complete your profile before accessing the dashboard. Fill in your:
- First name and surname
- Registration city — the primary city where you operate as an agent
This information is used to personalise suburb suggestions and voice vocabulary for your area. You can update it later from your profile settings.
Start your free trial
New accounts receive a free trial period. During the trial you have full access to all LeadHive features including property management, contact tracking, WhatsApp integration, and voice commands.
- A trial countdown banner appears at the top of the dashboard showing days remaining.
- Click Start Trial in the banner if your trial has not started automatically.
- When the trial ends, your data is preserved but features are gated until a subscription is active.
Simultaneous devices
LeadHive is a browser-based application. Your session is tied to the browser and device where you logged in.
- You can be logged in on up to 2 devices simultaneously — for example, your desktop browser and your phone browser.
- Logging in on a third device will invalidate the oldest session.
- Sessions persist across browser restarts as long as cookies are intact.
- Clearing your browser cookies or cache will log you out of that device. Use the magic link flow to sign back in.
- Private/incognito windows do not share sessions with your normal browser — each is treated as a separate device.
Tip: If you're switching devices, sign out explicitly from Settings before clearing cookies so your session slot is released immediately.
Subscription & billing
LeadHive uses a manual EFT (electronic funds transfer) billing model. There is no automatic card charge.
Finding your payment reference
Each account has a unique payment reference code. To find yours:
- Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Select Profile.
- Your payment reference is displayed under the billing section.
Making a payment
Use your payment reference as the reference field in your EFT payment. Once your payment is received and reconciled by the LeadHive team, your subscription will be activated manually and you will receive a confirmation email.
Contact support if your subscription has not been activated within 24 hours of your payment clearing.
