Sign in

LeadHive sends a one-time six-digit code to your email every time you sign in. There are no passwords to remember and no magic links to click.

  1. Open the LeadHive app URL in any modern browser (desktop or mobile).
  2. Enter your email address on the sign-in screen and press Continue.
  3. Check your inbox for a six-digit code from LeadHive. Codes expire after a short window — request a new one if yours has expired.
  4. Type the code into the verification field. You will be signed in automatically.

Didn't receive the email? Check your spam folder, then return to the sign-in screen and re-enter your email to request a fresh code. Each new code invalidates the previous one.

Complete your profile (first sign-in only)

The very first time you sign in, LeadHive needs a couple of details to personalise the dashboard:

  • First name
  • Surname

That's it — no registration city, no role selection, no extra forms. Your operating city is detected automatically from your browser locale and used to seed suburb suggestions and the voice vocabulary. You can update your name later from the avatar menu.

Start your free trial

New accounts land on the Subscription screen straight after profile completion.

  • Click Start 30-Day Free Trial to unlock full access — property management, contacts, WhatsApp integration, voice commands, the lot.
  • The trial countdown appears in the avatar menu and on the Subscription screen.
  • When the trial ends, your data is preserved. Full features stay locked until your account is marked paid.

Subscription & billing

LeadHive uses a manual EFT (electronic funds transfer) billing model. There is no automatic card charge.

Finding your payment reference

Each account has a unique EFT payment reference code. To find yours:

  1. Open the avatar menu in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
  2. Select Subscription.
  3. Your payment reference is displayed once the trial ends (or anytime from the Subscription screen).

Making a payment

Use your payment reference as the reference field in your EFT. Once the payment clears and the LeadHive admin reconciles it, your subscription is activated manually and full access returns.

Contact support if your subscription has not been activated within 24 hours of your EFT clearing.

Signing in on multiple devices

LeadHive runs in any modern browser on desktop, tablet, or phone. You can be signed in on as many devices as you like — each device holds its own session.

  • Sessions persist across browser restarts as long as cookies stay intact.
  • Clearing browser cookies or cache signs you out of that device. Sign back in with a fresh code.
  • Private/incognito windows are treated as separate sessions and do not share login state with your normal browser.
  • Use Sign out from the avatar menu to end a session explicitly.
